For invited family · Tea ceremony Earlier in the day, our families will hold a private tea ceremony (Tea Pai) by invitation. If you have been invited, you will find your schedule in the detailed rundown under “Tea Pai family”. Registration & arrival

15:30 – 16:00 · Villa Vedas

Registration opens at 15:30. Our team will guide you to the ceremony area, so please be seated before 16:00.

Holy Matrimony

16:00 – 17:25 · Main Garden

Our Christian wedding ceremony, led by JPCC, in the villa’s main garden by the sea, followed by group photos and a flower shower.

Pre-dinner cocktail

17:30 – 18:30 · Garden by the pool

Canapés and mocktails by the pool at sunset, while we change for the reception.

Dinner Reception

18:30 – 22:00 · Main Garden

Please take your seat from 18:30 (see Table Seating). From 19:00: our grand entrance and a toast, then an Asian dinner with live music by Jun5, games, cake cutting, our first dance and the bouquet toss. Hosted by our MC in English, Indonesian and Mandarin.

22:00 – 23:00 · Villa Vedas

A relaxed sing-along with the lyrics on screen to close the night, for those who would like to stay.
