Wedding Guidebook — One Link for Every Guest

A couple marrying at a beachfront villa in Bali asked for one place where guests could find everything about the day. Their guests were flying in from different cities and countries and spoke English, Indonesian or Chinese, and the couple wanted fewer repeated questions on WhatsApp in the weeks before the wedding.

We built a lightweight, mobile-first website that opens straight to a single screen of tiles: rundown, liturgy, table seating, venue, photos and guest guide. Every page is available in three languages, follows the phone's language by default and can be switched with one tap. The liturgy works as a printed order of service on the phone, with a page-turning book view for the ceremony. Family members and the wedding crew get a detailed rundown filtered to their own role, shared through a link that keeps their view.

The site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no framework, so it loads fast on mobile data at the venue and runs on standard shared hosting. Content updates go live automatically through a GitHub Actions deploy.
