Pomodoro Timer — Focus Without the Clutter
Most free Pomodoro timers either show only a countdown or bury it under ads, sign-ups and settings. We wanted a timer that also answers “what am I working on right now?”, so each focus session is tied to a task from a short backlog and counted against it.
The app opens straight to the timer, with the backlog, today's stats and settings beside it on desktop and below it on mobile. Each mode has its own colour, so a glance at the screen tells you whether it's time to work or rest. When a session ends, a soft chime and a browser notification let you know, even from another tab.
It is a single-page progressive web app in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It can be installed on a phone or desktop, works offline, and keeps everything in the browser, so there is no account and no data leaves the device. Structured data and social previews help it get found and shared.
